- • As a Pricing Associate at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in supporting new business and renewal pricing strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality, affordable care through data-driven insights and employer partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new and renewing clients, conduct financial impact analyses of pricing decisions, collaborate on refining pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs, assist in monitoring book-of-business performance, and help build and maintain processes for improved financial planning and pricing efficiency.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company headquartered in NYC with remote flexibility, where your work directly influences revenue generation and helps guide employees toward higher-quality, lower-cost care while aligning incentives across employers, patients, and providers.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare pricing analytics, strengthen your quantitative and modeling skills, gain exposure to cross-functional financial and operational workflows, and grow your ability to drive impact in a high-urgency, accountability-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 2 years of professional experience in an analytical function
- • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
