📋 Description

• As a Pricing & Proposals Lead at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in developing high-quality pricing deliverables, proposals, descriptions of services, and related commercial documentation that supports the global portfolio of clinical trial technologies and services.
• You will develop pricing, proposals, descriptions of service, and change orders using Clario and client-provided templates; review and analyze client RFPs and study protocols with cross-functional partners; coordinate pricing strategy for large or complex studies; produce high-quality proposal documents within timelines; conduct peer reviews for accuracy and consistency; maintain budget and project information in internal systems; contribute to process and template enhancements; and participate in cross-functional initiatives and training.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product Leads, Science, and operational experts to ensure submissions are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with client requirements and Clario standards in a fast-paced, regulated environment supporting clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making.
• In this role, you will develop strong analytical and commercial writing skills, gain deep exposure to the life sciences and clinical research ecosystem, and contribute to high-impact work that helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster while advancing process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Life Sciences with strong understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
