📋 Description
- • Primary Care Physicians (US) — Expert AI Trainer role involves contributing clinical expertise to shape how AI interprets and supports real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery in an upcoming AI project starting in two weeks.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing, labeling, evaluating, and improving AI systems through synthetic patient persona validation, transcript realism and voice adherence review, medical rubric development, and LLM response evaluation using a dedicated labeling platform, all completed asynchronously.
- • Aptura AI is building the next generation of clinically grounded AI by working closely with physicians to ensure AI systems are safe, accurate, and consistent with clinical thinking and practice, offering hands-on exposure to frontier AI model development.
- • Physicians can learn about cutting-edge AI development in healthcare, collaborate with top researchers and medical professionals, and directly influence how AI is safely integrated into real-world care while maintaining flexibility around clinical or academic commitments.
🎯 Requirements
- • MD licensed in the U.S. with an active state medical license
- • U.S. Board Certified
- • Solid familiarity with primary care or internal medicine workflows, documentation, and terminology
- • Strong analytical, written, and clinical summarization skills
- • Native or near-native English proficiency
- • Careful attention to detail and a commitment to clinical accuracy
- • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously within a distributed team
- • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
