- • As a Prime Named Account Executive at Salesforce, you will drive strategic growth by generating new business in existing accounts and expanding into new markets, focusing on enterprise-wide xRM, analytics, and application platform initiatives within the aerospace sector.
- • Day to day, you will develop key customer stakeholder relationships, drive satisfaction, coordinate internal resources to meet client needs, assist in long-term account planning aligned with business objectives, and collaborate with other sales teams (Core AE’s, Prime AE’s, Cloud AE’s) to ensure strategic alignment.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges and goals, consulting on Salesforce Platform solutions to evangelize value propositions that help clients achieve business outcomes and innovate within their organizations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales, account management, and enterprise-level sales experience with a proven track record selling into Government System Integrators
- • Degree or equivalent relevant experience evaluated through core competencies such as leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience
- • Proven track record of achievement, large deal experience, and software sales expertise
- • Strong consultative selling, prospecting, communication, business acumen, and executive presence skills
- • Ability to collaborate, be resourceful, coachable, and drive results in a fast-paced team environment
- • Experience articulating ROI, solution selling, strong discovery, and objection handling
