- • The Principal is the Services leader and owner of the Customer Account, serving as the field leader on all implementation-related topics. This role is critical to ensuring the success of cloud transformation programs, driving real business value for customers, and maintaining Guidewire’s reputation for delivery excellence.
- • Day to day, the Principal will lead the planning and execution of cloud transformation programs, coordinate key activities such as performance testing and cutovers, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with customer business objectives. They will act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and SI partners, advocate for customer needs internally, support sales teams in shaping engagement plans and proposals, manage program budgets and forecasts, and track KPIs related to delivery success, customer engagement, and financial performance.
