- • Pioneer the "Agentic Story" in Japan by collaborating with global technologists to build and iterate technical assets that demonstrate SailPoint’s ability to securely build and govern AI agents at scale.
- • Serve as the senior-most technical authority in Japan, leading complex customer engagements from discovery through final architectural design, including delivering SailPoint’s industry-leading Top-3 Agent Workshops (T3AW).
- • Act as the premier subject matter expert (SME) for Agentic AI in the APJ region, presenting at high-profile industry events, leading executive workshops, and enabling the global sales engineering team on articulating and demonstrating SailPoint’s Agentic vision.
- • Develop and deliver scaled enablement programs for local partners to equip them with deep technical knowledge required to deploy SailPoint’s agentic identity security solutions across the Japanese market.
- • Provide direct, field-derived feedback to Product Management and executive leadership to influence the product roadmap based on real-world identity challenges customers face when deploying Agentic AI.
- • Function as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, designing secure, forward-thinking identity architectures that align with their strategic business goals in the age of AI.
- • Demonstrate hands-on proficiency by building custom demo integrations and automation scripts for proof-of-concept (POC) environments using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- • Engage with customers and partners at all levels—from CISOs and CDOs to lead architects and developers—translating complex technical concepts into business value and implementation clarity.
- • Leverage deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to configure sophisticated agents that interact with cloud platforms, enterprise data, and other agents.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI to architect and validate agentic identity solutions in enterprise environments.
- • Utilize strong foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including Just-in-Time (JIT) access, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management, to ensure secure deployment of AI-driven access systems.
- • Apply expertise in securing non-human identities such as service accounts, API keys, and machine identities using standards like SPIFFE/SPIRE and workload identity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Business-level Japanese fluency (native or equivalent proficiency)
- • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- • Demonstrable expertise with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI)
- • Strong command of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles including JIT access, least privilege, and lifecycle management
- • Familiarity with securing non-human identities (e.g., SPIFFE/SPIRE, workload identity)
- • High proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript for building custom integrations and automation scripts
