- • You will operate as the highest-level analytic authority within the Customer Insights team, setting the standard for methodological rigor and influencing the strategic direction of our data-driven solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the most complex and high-stakes analytic initiatives, tackling challenges that require deep domain expertise and advanced technical capabilities.

- • You will focus on establishing immediate credibility as a strategic analytic partner to senior leaders, demonstrating your ability to provide insightful guidance on complex analytic workstreams.
- • A key objective will be to influence prioritization decisions, ensuring that our analytic efforts are focused on the most impactful areas.
- • Within 6 months, you will be driving tangible improvements in the quality, scalability, and efficiency of our analytic processes.
- • You will lead cross-functional initiatives that leverage your advanced methodological expertise, collaborating with various teams to achieve shared goals.
- • You will solidify your position as a trusted advisor, particularly in areas related to medical economics and performance strategy, guiding clients toward optimal outcomes.
- • By the 12-month mark, you will have demonstrably shaped the analytic roadmap for key customer engagements, delivering insights that have a measurable impact on client success and Arcadia's business objectives.
- • You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and opportunities within healthcare data, proactively developing new analytic approaches and solutions.
- • This role involves mentoring junior analysts, sharing your knowledge, and fostering their development within the team.
- • You will be a key contributor to the development and refinement of analytical frameworks and best practices at Arcadia.
- • Your work will involve deep dives into various data sources, including claims, clinical, and operational data, to uncover patterns and correlations.
- • You will design and execute sophisticated analytical models to predict trends, assess risk, and measure the impact of interventions.
- • The ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives, will be paramount.
