• • Principal Analyst, Soybean Complex role within S&P Global Energy’s Short-term Crops team, responsible for owning and managing global supply and demand balances across the soybean complex (soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil) to deliver market intelligence that informs commercial, risk management, and strategic decisions for institutional clients worldwide.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting continuous fundamental market research, producing high-quality forecasts and written analysis, supporting clients through briefings and webinars, connecting micro-level fundamentals with macro and policy themes, and refining analytical frameworks using quantitative and automated approaches.
• • The Short-term Crops team operates in a highly collaborative, fast-moving global environment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, emphasizing analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and clear communication to translate complex market fundamentals into actionable insights for senior decision-makers.
