- ⢠Own the development and continuous refinement of Moxieâs cross-segment benchmark library, defining what âgoodâ looks like across practice-level metrics including membership penetration, service mix, provider utilization, and growth trajectory, segmented by practice type.
- ⢠Independently deliver monthly and quarterly trend reports that are routinely pulled by Practice Success Managers, sales, and marketing teams without needing escalation to VP of BizOps, establishing yourself as the primary source of data-driven insight.
- ⢠Serve as the analytical foundation for Moxieâs #1 strategic initiative, Practice 360, by providing benchmark context that enhances credibility, specificity, and decision-making in every client engagement.
- ⢠Generate a consistent pipeline of high-impact, externally sharable data pointsâindustry benchmarks, customer outcomes, and segment-level trendsâthat fuel marketing narratives and position Moxie as a thought leader in the medspa industry.
- ⢠Translate patterns observed across the practice base into actionable product roadmap inputs, ensuring product development is informed by real-world data from top-quartile practices rather than anecdotal feedback.
- ⢠Design and implement repeatable frameworks for data collection, analysis, and reporting that evolve with each cycle, moving beyond static dashboards to dynamic, living systems that adapt to new business needs.
- ⢠Collaborate directly with GTM, product, and executive leadership to ensure insights are integrated into client-facing decks, retention conversations, and board-level strategy discussions within months of joining.
- ⢠Operate as an AI-native analyst, leveraging AI tools for synthesis, automation, and insight acceleration without requiring justification or training, and pushing teams to adopt similar efficiency.
- ⢠Function as a bridge between raw data and business action, earning trust across non-analytical teams by translating complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive decisions.
- ⢠Navigate ambiguity with precision: identify which questions are answerable today, which are directionally answerable, and when to hand off incomplete or exploratory work without overclaiming or underclaiming impact.
- ⢠Build analytical systems from scratch, not maintain pre-existing ones, applying greenfield experience to define metrics, structure datasets, and establish workflows that scale with the companyâs growth.
- ⢠Operate as the sole analytical engine within a lean 3-person BizOps team supporting a ~150-person, ~$20M ARR company, with direct access to CEO, product, and GTM leaders and zero bureaucratic layers between insight and impact.
- ⢠Develop deep domain expertise in the $20B+ medspa industry, becoming the internal authority on practice performance trends and market dynamics that most competitors have yet to quantify.
- ⢠Design data products that are not just internal tools but core components of Moxieâs external brand and sales messaging, ensuring every benchmark and insight contributes to customer trust and market differentiation.
