- • Principal, C&I Portfolios role focused on developing and scaling commercial and industrial utility program offerings at a national level for ICF International, supporting growth and transformation of energy efficiency and demand response solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing client relationships and competitive intelligence, managing proposal pipelines, assisting with proposal responses and pricing reviews, overseeing $10M+ in programs across North America, coordinating with offering managers and SMEs to ensure successful delivery, implementing standardized best practices for cost effectiveness, and providing thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and committee participation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- • 10+ years of experience in program management in energy efficiency, demand response, or related field
- • 5+ years of experience in sales or related experience in the C&I sector
- • Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (nice-to-have)
- • Experience developing, designing, selling and administering successful C&I energy efficiency, demand reduction and/or flexible load management programs (nice-to-have)
- • Demonstrated experience delivering grid interactive efficient buildings, microgrids and/or DER solutions for the C&I sector (nice-to-have)
