  • • As a Principal Client Partner at BetterUp, you will be at the forefront of transforming how the world's leading companies invest in their most valuable asset: their people. This role is designed for a strategic leader who thrives on building deep, executive-level relationships and architecting impactful human capital strategies that drive lasting organizational change.
  • • You will serve as the primary strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise-level deployments, working collaboratively and directly with Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and other senior business leaders. Your mission will be to translate complex business and talent challenges into clear, actionable, and compelling transformation plans.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves owning these solutions from their initial design through to their successful deployment, ensuring that BetterUp's transformative solutions are effectively integrated and adopted within client organizations.
  • • Building and maintaining trust and influence across a diverse range of senior stakeholders is paramount. You will act as a trusted thought partner, a strategic advisor, and a proactive driver of change, guiding clients toward achieving their human capital objectives.
  • • You will lead and orchestrate cross-functional deployment teams, which may include specialists in delivery, data analytics, communications, and change management. With you at the helm, you will ensure these diverse efforts are seamlessly aligned and focused on delivering tangible business impact.
  • • Facilitating high-level strategic working sessions, steering critical executive updates, and owning the narrative of the value BetterUp delivers to the customer are core responsibilities. You will be responsible for articulating the ROI and strategic importance of BetterUp's solutions.
  • • In close partnership with the broader Account Team, you will ensure continuity in client engagement and proactively identify opportunities for expansion by leveraging your advisory-led influence and deep understanding of client needs.
  • • A critical focus of this role is on achieving measurable outcomes, not merely completing deliverables. You will be accountable for ensuring that the transformation promised to the client is fully realized and demonstrably impactful.
  • • You will bring a wealth of pattern recognition from previous engagements, a coaching mindset to empower client teams, and an exceptionally high bar for strategic execution to every client interaction.
  • • This is not a passive, post-sale support function. It is a dynamic, front-line leadership position that demands high trust, significant autonomy, and the ability to drive substantial impact.
