- • As a Principal Compliance Advisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, you will lead complex compliance-related projects and regulatory implementations critical to maintaining an effective compliance program, ensuring the organization meets federal and state healthcare regulations while protecting members and the business from risk.
- • Day to day, you will manage cross-functional compliance projects, analyze and interpret regulatory laws (including CMS, NCDOI, OPM, and BCBSA-FEPDO requirements), conduct risk assessments, develop corrective action plans, serve as the primary liaison to external regulators, and provide compliance reporting to senior leadership and compliance committees.
