- • Serve as a senior-level technical leader delivering complex, multi-discipline telecom projects with accountability for profitable delivery, scope alignment, and early risk identification.
- • Act as Project Lead on selected engagements, ensuring coordinated, high-performance project delivery across teams while maintaining adherence to TEECOM standards.
- • Lead discipline-specific design efforts, elevate technical quality, and ensure consistent application of best practices across all project phases.
- • Document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards to support onboarding, delegation, and repeatable delivery methodologies.
- • Strengthen TEECOM’s foundational systems by contributing to discipline documentation, authoring Pull Requests, and supporting improvements to tools, standards, and workflows.
- • Collaborate closely with Group Leads and Team Leads to resolve technical challenges, align on standards, and ensure uniformity in project execution.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients through clear communication, reliable execution, and sound engineering judgment, building long-term client relationships.
- • Contribute to pursuit activities and client interviews by shaping technical narratives, participating in proposal development, and strengthening TEECOM’s credibility in competitive bids.
- • Mentor engineers and production team members by providing technical guidance, conducting design reviews, and delivering actionable feedback to improve project outcomes and foster professional growth.
- • Drive discipline excellence by modeling best practices and supporting the development of TEECOM’s internal capabilities without direct people management responsibilities.
- • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across projects by evaluating project health regularly and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance benchmarks.
- • Represent TEECOM in client-facing technical discussions, translating complex telecom solutions into clear, strategic value propositions.
- • Support the growth of TEECOM’s technical reputation by actively participating in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and external industry engagement.
- • Maintain deep expertise in telecom technologies and delivery frameworks to provide authoritative guidance on project scope, design, and implementation.
- • Balance technical leadership with operational discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
