  • • As a Principal Customer Success Manager with a technical focus, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to high-value accounts, driving customer value, retention, and growth through deep product knowledge and consultative engagement.
  • • Day to day, you will work closely with implementation, support, sales, and engineering teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Agiloft’s Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP), identify upsell opportunities, and ensure seamless, high-impact customer experiences.
  • • Agiloft is a growing, vibrant, and successful global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, trusted by organizations worldwide for its flexible, no-code platform and strong customer renewal rates (97% annually).
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise CLM solutions, strengthen strategic account management skills, and contribute to a culture where excellent employee experience drives exceptional customer experience (EX = CX).

  • • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
  • • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex product functionalities
  • • Excellent relationship management and consultative skills to act as a trusted advisor to high-value clients
  • • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and engineering
  • • Track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and value realization
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with a focus on proactive collaboration
