Reporting directly to the Head of Analytics, you will lead a high-performing team of analysts, guiding them in delivering sophisticated analytical solutions to complex strategic questions. Your role will involve deep dives into performance analysis, providing critical insights, and advising stakeholders across various departments on day-to-day operational and strategic choices.
  • • You will manage a team of two dedicated analysts, fostering their growth and ensuring their work aligns with the needs of diverse stakeholder groups, including operations, commercial teams, and platform development. This leadership position requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to mentor and guide your team effectively.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be acting as the primary analytics partner for the Supply domain. This domain is the commercial and technical engine that powers our ability to create the perfect holiday experience for our customers. You will be responsible for leveraging data to gain a profound understanding of how to measure and optimize performance, benefiting both our suppliers and our customers.

By utilizing data, you will uncover opportunities to enhance our offerings and operational efficiency, ensuring that loveholidays remains at the forefront of the travel industry.

While the team currently utilizes Looker and Looker Studio, your expertise will ensure that the insights presented are clear, compelling, and actionable, enabling stakeholders to grasp complex data intuitively.
  • • You will proactively partner with stakeholders to design and implement robust measurement frameworks. These frameworks will be crucial in exposing how our various systems generate value and identifying specific areas where optimization can lead to significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • • You will possess a strong sense of agency, taking ownership of projects from their initial brief through to successful delivery. Your proactive advice and insightful analysis will be highly valued.
  • • A natural curiosity and a systems-thinking mindset are crucial for this role, enabling you to connect the dots between different organizational functions and understand the broader impact of analytical insights.
  • • Experience leading small to medium-sized teams of analysts within a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a prerequisite for success in this role, ensuring you can navigate and thrive in our energetic workplace.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing your knowledge and best practices with the wider analytics team and stakeholders.
