🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience designing and scaling distributed payment or financial systems
- • Proven leadership in guiding engineering teams and setting technical direction
- • Deep expertise in APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- • Strong understanding of payment industry standards, compliance (PCI DSS, PSD2), and security best practices
- • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across product, security, and executive teams
- • Experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence
