• • As a Principal Engineer at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform as it transitions from monolithic applications to a distributed architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability while guiding cross-team technical decisions.
• • Day to day, you will define and champion architectural best practices, lead the transition to distributed systems, shape the technical roadmap, dive deep into complex technical challenges, mentor and influence engineers, and collaborate across teams to align architecture with business needs.
