• • As a Principal Full Stack Developer at Cosuno GmbH, you will step into a pivotal technical leadership role, instrumental in defining and advancing the architecture and future direction of our innovative construction technology platform.
• • You will be at the forefront of tackling our most complex and ambiguous technical challenges, ensuring that our systems are not only robust and scalable but also meticulously engineered for long-term sustainability and performance.
• • A core aspect of your mission will involve driving the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our flagship product, with a significant focus on collaborating closely with our Machine Learning team to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI features that enhance our offering.
• • You will take ownership of leading the design, development, and successful execution of large-scale, impactful technical projects. This could encompass strategic initiatives such as evolving our monorepo strategy to optimize development workflows or orchestrating the migration of a critical core service to a more advanced and efficient architecture.
• • Your role extends to being a technical mentor and guide for other senior engineers. You will actively contribute to elevating the collective skill set of the engineering team through rigorous code reviews, providing insightful architectural guidance, and championing the establishment and adherence to best practices across the board.
• • You will forge strong partnerships with product management and engineering leadership. This collaboration will be crucial for proactively identifying potential technical hurdles within the product roadmap for the upcoming 1-2 years, and for developing strategies to de-risk these challenges, ensuring smooth and predictable delivery.
