📋 Description

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS applications for public institutions using .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Write production code for critical and complex system components, setting the standard for quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Architect and implement modular, high-performing software systems with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration with enterprise-wide systems.
• Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions across engineering teams to ensure alignment with long-term technical strategy.
• Modernize legacy monolithic systems into modular architectures without disrupting ongoing production delivery.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate and validate new technologies before organization-wide adoption.
• Provide technical guidance to teams on planning and executing complex engineering work, ensuring clarity and alignment on technical priorities.
• Implement and own system observability, performance monitoring, and reliability tooling to ensure critical paths are measurable and actionable.
• Drive adoption of automated testing practices including TDD, aligned with business risk and quality standards.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git and Agile development practices to enable rapid, reliable releases.
• Apply code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Mend to enforce standards across the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Work directly with U.S.-based clients on high-impact government technology projects that enhance public service efficiency and transparency.
• Operate with full ownership of deliverables, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and long-term system health.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and prioritize modernization initiatives that reduce technical debt and improve system resilience.
• Mentor and elevate engineering teams through hands-on leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems
• Experience defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns across teams
• Track record of owning technical roadmaps and modernizing legacy systems
• Solid expertise in automated testing (including TDD) aligned with business risk
