📋 Description
- • Design, develop, and deploy custom Workday reports, dashboards, and surveys using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT functionality.
- • Analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions.
- • Identify opportunities for automation and globalization within HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- • Manage Workday system upgrades, configuration changes, and ensure seamless transition with minimal disruption to HR operations.
- • Maintain and optimize the Workday security framework, including role assignments and access controls to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Point Lessons (OPLs) for reporting processes and system workflows.
- • Evaluate and update the Workday reporting catalogue to align with evolving business needs and establish a sustainable reporting capability within HR.
- • Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring accurate, traceable, and secure HR data reporting.
- • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, system errors, and reporting issues across Workday modules.
- • Train HR users on Workday reporting tools, available reports, and best practices for self-service analytics.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- • Contribute to Workday implementation and optimization projects, including post-acquisition system integrations.
- • Develop a robust library of test scenarios to validate new processes, features, and upgrades before deployment.
- • Assist in creating and enforcing reporting governance standards, including naming conventions, tagging, and metadata management.
- • Advise HR leadership on best practices for data-driven decision-making and reporting strategy alignment with business objectives.
- • Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- • Support global HR teams with day-to-day Workday reporting and analytics inquiries across regions and time zones.
- • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee data in compliance with data governance principles.
- • Partner with HR leaders to streamline processes and implement changes that enhance reporting efficiency and user adoption.
