• • As a Principal Product Designer on a contract basis at Pacaso, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our buyer and owner-facing digital experiences during a period of significant growth and transformation.
• • You will be instrumental in leading the design for critical initiatives, starting with a comprehensive rebrand of Pacaso.com, which involves bringing a fresh, elevated visual perspective to how prospective buyers perceive our brand.
• • A key focus will be on designing ultra-personalized experiences tailored to high-net-worth individuals, with the primary goal of driving buyer conversion across both our website and mobile application.
• • You will also take ownership of the design for Pacaso's innovative swap experience, a core feature enabling co-owners to exchange stays within our global portfolio. This includes extending new swap functionalities to 'Infinity' (whole home) owners, enhancing the flexibility and value for our premium clientele.
• • Beyond the swap feature, you will holistically own the in-app owner experience. This encompasses leading enhancements to other vital features such as the scheduling system, the AI-powered concierge service, and the financing options available to owners.
• • Your role will demand the translation of complex, abstract concepts into elegant, intuitive, and seamless user experiences that consistently embody a premium feel at every interaction point.
• • You will be expected to demonstrate customer obsession, approaching every design decision with a customer-first mentality and leveraging data-driven insights from customer research and feedback to inform your work.
