- • Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a critical area of the Intellistack platform, aligning with the company’s mission to revolutionize no-code productivity and AI-native workflows.
- • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input to create clear product direction and execution plans.
- • Lead the development of AI-native capabilities that integrate workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making to enhance platform value.
- • Define how AI technologies—including LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and automation frameworks—create differentiated customer value and drive product differentiation.
- • Establish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and success metrics for all AI-powered product capabilities, ensuring correctness, reliability, and edge-case resilience.
- • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to define requirements, prioritize investments, and ensure successful delivery of complex product features.
- • Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes through direct collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- • Shape product positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies to maximize market impact and revenue growth.
- • Design platform capabilities that create leverage across multiple products, workflows, and customer use cases, enabling scalability and reuse.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on emerging opportunities in AI, automation, and enterprise software, translating technical possibilities into business outcomes.
- • Operate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market functions using a shared AI-driven SDLC, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the product lifecycle.
- • Think in systems rather than screens, comfortably discussing data models, APIs, workflows, automation, and user experience in the same strategic conversations.
- • Challenge the status quo by asking sharp questions, prioritizing outcomes over activity, and refusing to settle for "good enough" in product execution.
- • Build entirely new capabilities from first principles, thriving in ambiguity and leading innovation in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- • Translate deep technical understanding of AI systems into products customers actually use, ensuring usability, reliability, and measurable impact.
- • Maintain strategic clarity while managing multiple priorities, ensuring both long-term vision and short-term execution are consistently delivered.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Intellistack as an AI-native platform by embedding AI into the core of product development—not as an add-on, but as a foundational layer.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- • Experience building or leading AI-native products, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions
- • Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation frameworks
- • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive measurable product, customer, and business outcomes
- • Strong technical fluency across APIs, data architectures, integrations, and system design tradeoffs
- • Proven experience partnering with Engineering teams to define requirements and drive execution
