- • Own the vision and roadmap for one of UiPath’s foundational platform layers powering agentic automation, including Data Fabric and Human-in-the-Loop, which every agent, workflow, and RPA process depends on.
- • Drive end-to-end ownership of product outcomes—from problem definition through launch, adoption, and measurable success metrics like production adoption, task success rate, and agent reliability.
- • Collaborate directly with engineering teams on technical design decisions, dogfooding the product and maintaining credibility on underlying technologies such as LLMs, coding agents, orchestration frameworks, and MCP.
- • Translate the fast-evolving agentic AI landscape (LLMs, copilots, evals, autonomous agents) into a coherent UiPath product strategy and shipping features that enable agents to reason over enterprise data and interact with humans seamlessly.
- • Engage directly with customers in account conversations to uncover real-world use cases, validate assumptions, and turn insights into prioritized roadmap decisions.
- • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategy, including positioning, enablement materials, and live demos that create demand and drive customer adoption.
- • Champion the customer’s perspective by embedding into real workflows, identifying pain points, and ensuring product decisions are driven by validated usage scenarios, not hypothetical assumptions.
- • Make sharp, decision-rich tradeoffs on complex, ambiguous problems, proposing clear paths forward rather than merely surfacing ambiguity.
- • Influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and marketing without formal authority, using crisp communication and a strong point of view to align teams.
- • Raise the bar for the broader product organization through thought leadership, mentoring, and active participation in product forums and technical discussions.
- • Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into live enterprise products, using LLM-based tools daily in your own workflow and expecting the same from your team.
- • Ship infrastructure that other builders rely on, with a builder’s instinct to prototype, test, and iterate hands-on rather than relying solely on specs or documentation.
- • Ensure all platform layers are agent-ready, enabling seamless human-agent collaboration through intuitive review interfaces, intelligent task routing, and context-aware decision support.
- • Prove product value through real-world adoption metrics, not just feature delivery, and continuously iterate based on usage data and customer feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience on technical, platform, or developer-focused products, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- • Proven track record of shipping infrastructure products that other builders rely on, with a hands-on, builder’s instinct to prototype and dogfood rather than wait for specs.
- • Technical depth to engage deeply with engineering teams on design, understand underlying technologies, and maintain credibility on AI/ML systems and data platforms.
- • Direct, hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML into live products, and daily use of LLM-based tools (e.g., copilots, coding agents, prototyping tools).
- • Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market initiatives, create demand, and articulate a compelling “why” and “what” story to customers, sales, and marketing teams.
- • Strong customer-champion mindset with a habit of engaging directly in customer conversations to inform product decisions.
