- • As a Principal Product Manager at Twilio, you will lead the Onboarding and Compliance product team, specifically owning the Trust Hub platform—the KYC gateway that enables businesses to access Twilio’s communication APIs. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and delightful onboarding experiences for hundreds of thousands of global developers and enterprises.
- • You will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trust Hub, aligning with company goals while driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, legal, sales, and compliance teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
- • Day-to-day, you will translate deep customer insights into actionable product requirements, establish key performance metrics, mentor junior product managers, and lead data-informed business reviews to measure impact on revenue, adoption, and user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments
- • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving data-informed product strategies
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making, executive influence, and measurable outcomes
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels and present effectively to internal and external audiences
- • Solid technical foundation, including understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams while maintaining strategic perspective
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
