- • Own the end-to-end product strategy for Phil’s provider and manufacturer experiences—two of the most critical stakeholder groups in our B2B2C ecosystem. You will define multi-year roadmaps that align with corporate OKRs, revenue targets, and patient-outcome goals, while balancing the nuanced needs of prescribers, pharma manufacturers, and ultimately the patients they serve.
- • Act as the primary external voice of the product for Fortune-500 pharmaceutical companies, large provider groups, and independent prescribers. You will host quarterly business reviews, lead design-thinking workshops, and negotiate roadmap trade-offs that unlock new revenue streams and measurable adherence improvements.
- • Translate complex, highly-regulated workflows—e-prescriptions, prior authorizations, hub services, specialty-pharmacy handoffs—into intuitive, HIPAA-compliant digital experiences. Your deliverables will include journey maps, empathy maps, PRDs, and wireframes that guide Engineering and Design through iterative sprints.
- • Build scalable platform capabilities that reduce onboarding time for new pharma brands from months to weeks, enable real-time prescriber analytics, and create self-service portals that cut support costs by 30%+. You will prioritize features across web, mobile, and API surfaces to maximize adoption and retention.
- • Establish and monitor KPIs such as prescriber NPS, manufacturer renewal rate, time-to-first-fill, and patient days-on-therapy. You will instrument analytics, run A/B tests, and present quarterly read-outs to the executive team, tying product improvements directly to revenue and patient-outcome impact.
- • Partner with Engineering to make architectural decisions that balance speed, security, and scalability—whether that means extending our micro-services layer, integrating with Epic or Cerner EHRs, or leveraging FHIR APIs for real-time benefit verification.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Legal/Compliance, Client Success, and Marketing to ensure every release meets regulatory requirements, aligns with brand messaging, and can be successfully deployed across 50+ pharma programs and 30k+ prescribers.
- • Mentor and up-level a team of associate and mid-level PMs, instilling best practices in discovery, roadmap prioritization, and stakeholder communication. You will also serve as a thought-leader across Phil, hosting internal “lunch-and-learns” on topics like value-based care, specialty-pharmacy economics, and AI-driven adherence interventions.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation and patient-centricity. You will run quarterly design sprints, ethnographic studies in clinics, and advisory boards with patient advocates to ensure the voice of the patient is never lost in B2B negotiations.
- • Represent Phil at industry conferences (HLTH, AMCP, Asembia), delivering keynote talks and white-papers that position us as the category-defining platform for prescription access and adherence.
