- • Principal Product Manager leading end-to-end user journey optimization for Crypto.com Exchange, focusing on conversion, onboarding, rewards, and authentication to drive global user acquisition and activation.
- • Owns behavioral analytics, A/B testing, sign-up funnel optimization, reward mechanics design, and login experience to convert visitors into active, retained users.
- • Collaborates with Growth, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Security/Risk, and Verification & Activation teams to align on UTM attribution, UI/UX, instrumentation, fraud prevention, and KYC-reward handoff.
- • Drives execution-first product delivery by unblocking stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and shipping features without waiting for direction in a high-growth crypto exchange environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product management with a focus on conversion rate optimization, user onboarding, or growth funnels.
- • Strong expertise in A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision making using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA.
- • Experience designing and managing incentive programs, rewards, or promotional campaigns tied to user acquisition.
- • Background in fintech, crypto, or high-scale consumer tech products with exposure to KYC, authentication, or security workflows.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, data, and security teams.
- • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action and ownership.
