- • As Principal Product Manager for Discovery & Onboarding at Crypto.com Exchange, you will own the end-to-end user journey from first visit to fully activated account, driving conversion, trust, and activation across landing, sign-up, rewards, and authentication experiences.
- • Day to day, you will build and own behavioural analytics to understand user engagement, run relentless A/B testing to convert high-intent visitors, optimise the sign-up funnel from email submission to KYC initiation, design reward mechanics that act as conversion levers, and own the returning-user login and authentication journey to ensure security and engagement.
- • You will work within a high-impact Product Management team at Foris DAX Global Limited, collaborating closely with Growth, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Security/Risk, and Verification & Activation teams to ship features across a global platform serving tens of millions of users.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in product-led growth, behavioural analytics, experimentation, conversion optimisation, and fintech user journeys, while driving cross-functional alignment and shipping high-impact features that directly impact user acquisition and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record in driving user acquisition, conversion, and onboarding metrics in consumer-facing digital products.
- • Expertise in designing and executing A/B testing programmes and using behavioural analytics to inform product decisions.
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, and Security in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- • Strong understanding of KYC, authentication systems, and incentive mechanisms in fintech or crypto exchanges.
- • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive prioritisation and execution without waiting for direction.
