- • As Principal Product Manager for Discovery & Onboarding at Crypto.com Exchange, you will own the end-to-end user journey from first visit to fully activated account, directly impacting conversion, activation, and retention for tens of millions of global users.
- • You will drive behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and optimization across landing pages, sign-up flows, KYC initiation, reward mechanics, and login/authentication experiences to reduce friction, build trust, and increase user activation.
- • You will collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Security/Risk, and Verification & Activation teams to align on instrumentation, prioritize experiments, and ship high-impact features without waiting for direction.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape a core competitive advantage by mastering the interplay between onboarding, incentives, and authentication — turning visitor intent into long-term, engaged users through data-driven product decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager owning end-to-end user funnels, particularly in acquisition, onboarding, or conversion optimization
- • Strong expertise in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks to drive data-informed product decisions
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and security teams to ship complex user-facing features
- • Deep understanding of user psychology, incentive design, and friction reduction in high-stakes user journeys (e.g., KYC, authentication)
- • Ability to operate with high autonomy, prioritize aggressively, and drive execution in fast-paced, scaling environments
