- • Principal Product Manager responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution, launching features across global markets to impact user growth and engagement.
- • Owns the end-to-end user journey from first visit to fully activated account on Crypto.com Exchange, focusing on landing & conversion, onboarding, sign-up rewards, and login & authentication.
- • Builds and manages behavioural analytics layer to understand user engagement, runs A/B testing to convert high-intent visitors into registered users.
- • Owns the full sign-up funnel from email submission to KYC initiation, reducing friction and building trust to set users up for activation.
- • Designs and manages reward and incentive mechanics tied to sign-up, using welcome bonuses and campaign offers as conversion levers.
- • Owns the returning-user experience: fast, secure, modern authentication journey that maintains engagement and security without user friction.
- • Collaborates with Growth, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Security/Risk, and Verification & Activation PM teams to align on UTM attribution, UX, analytics instrumentation, experimentation, fraud prevention, and reward handoff.
- • Drives stakeholders to unblock, prioritize, and ship products through execution-first, high-ownership approach without waiting for direction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product management, particularly in user acquisition, onboarding, or conversion optimization.
- • Strong background in A/B testing, behavioural analytics, and funnel optimization.
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and security.
- • Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or digital product environments is a plus.
- • Ability to define and track key metrics related to conversion, activation, and user retention.
