- • As a Principal Product Manager for Integrated Onboarding at Humana, you will lead the design and execution of a seamless, value-based onboarding experience for millions of members across digital, call center, and partner touchpoints, directly impacting member retention, lifetime value, and cost to serve.
- • You will define and champion a unified onboarding roadmap that aligns strategic priorities from Digital, Channels, and Lines of Business, fostering enterprise-wide coordination without disrupting existing ownership structures.
- • You will operate within Humana’s world-class marketing organization, a Fortune 50 healthcare leader dedicated to improving health outcomes for seniors, people with disabilities, and lower-income Americans through integrated care, innovative technology, and data-driven solutions.
- • You will build frameworks that connect strategy to execution, increase transparency into dependencies and risks, and mature the company’s product operating models by advocating for modern product thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- • 8–12+ years of product leadership experience in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare, financial services, or comparable industries
- • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, aligning multiple independent teams around shared objectives
- • Proven experience defining long-term product capability strategies and translating multi-year business goals into iterative delivery roadmaps
- • Familiarity with decisioning and personalization technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Pega CDH, Salesforce Interaction Studio, or equivalent AI/ML platforms)
- • Strong command of both business value realization and agile-at-scale product practices
