- • As Principal Product Manager for Verification & Activation at Crypto.com Exchange, you will own the end-to-end user journey from identity verification to active trading, directly impacting trading volume, retention, and revenue by optimizing critical conversion points across KYC, re-verification, deposits/withdrawals, first trade activation, and onboarding incentives.
- • Day to day, you will drive product strategy and execution across five interconnected domains: managing multi-vendor identity verification infrastructure to combat synthetic fraud and AI-generated attacks; designing low-friction re-verification flows for existing users; defining global payment method availability, eligibility, and limits for deposits and withdrawals; owning the activation funnel from first deposit to first trade and derivatives positions; and crafting reward mechanics like KYC bonuses and first-trade cashback to accelerate user activation.
- • You will collaborate daily with Compliance/Legal on KYC/AML standards and FATF Travel Rule; Risk on fraud scoring and synthetic identity detection; Engineering on IDV platforms, payment rail integrations, and API/SDK delivery; Operations on manual review queues, vendor SLAs, and re-verification workflows; and cross-functional partners including Payment Rails PM and Campaigns teams on incentive design and handoff from Discovery, Growth & Onboarding.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or payments
- • Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes, identity verification, and compliance frameworks
- • Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, risk, and operations
- • Ability to define and optimize user funnels and conversion metrics
- • Experience with payment methods, payout systems, or financial rails
- • Track record of launching and iterating on consumer-facing products in global markets
