📋 Description

• Principal Product Manager for Verification & Activation on Crypto.com Exchange, responsible for the end-to-end user journey from identity verification to first trade, directly impacting trading volume, retention, and revenue.
• Owns KYC approval, re-KYC, deposit and withdrawal flows, first trade activation, and onboarding rewards — managing multi-vendor IDV infrastructure, payment method eligibility, fraud prevention, and incentive mechanics across global markets.
• Collaborates with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, operations, payments, and growth teams to align on regulatory requirements, technical integrations, fraud detection, and incentive design.
• Drives execution without waiting for direction — prioritizing unblocking stakeholders, shipping features rapidly, and optimizing the user journey to convert verified users into active traders.
• Works in a high-impact, fast-paced environment where product decisions directly influence user trust, compliance adherence, and business growth across Foris DAX Global’s global crypto exchange.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, crypto, or payments, with ownership of KYC/AML, identity verification, or onboarding flows.
• Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks including FATF, AML, and regional licensing requirements.
• Experience managing multi-vendor integrations (IDV, payment rails) and working with engineering, risk, and operations teams.
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps that balance user experience, regulatory compliance, and business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align legal, compliance, risk, and growth teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to optimize conversion, drop-off, and activation funnels.
