- • Principal Product Manager for Verification & Activation at Crypto.com Exchange, responsible for owning the end-to-end user journey from identity verification to first trade, directly impacting trading volume, retention, and revenue across global markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multi-vendor identity verification (KYC) infrastructure, combating synthetic fraud and AI-generated identity attacks, overseeing re-verification (Re-KYC) processes, governing deposit and withdrawal experiences including payment method eligibility and limits, driving the activation funnel from first deposit to first trade, and designing incentive mechanics such as KYC bonuses and first-trade cashback to accelerate user activation.
- • The Product Management team at Foris DAX Global Limited drives product initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional partners to launch impactful features across a global footprint serving tens of millions of users.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention systems, payment rail integration, user activation funnels, and incentive-driven product design — while gaining end-to-end ownership of a critical user journey that directly influences exchange growth and revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, crypto, or payments with ownership of KYC, identity verification, or user onboarding flows
- • Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks including KYC, AML, FATF Travel Rule, and regional licensing requirements
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations to drive product execution
- • Ability to define and optimize user funnels, conversion metrics, and incentive structures to improve activation and retention
- • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving alignment and execution without waiting for direction
