- • As Principal Program Manager for Marketing Strategy & Planning at Autodesk, you will own the end-to-end success of Flow Studio — a critical cross-functional initiative spanning product, marketing, creative, and platform capabilities — ensuring it operates as a unified system to drive innovation at the intersection of AI, creativity, and storytelling.
- • You will act as the connective tissue across teams, bringing clarity, velocity, and accountability to highly ambiguous, high-stakes work by simplifying complexity, aligning stakeholders, and enabling fast, informed decision-making at the leadership level — not just tracking tasks, but shaping strategy and driving execution.
- • You will join Autodesk, a global leader in design and make technology, where you’ll contribute to evolving the company into a connected, intelligent platform that empowers customers to design and make what’s next — from buildings to films — while working in a culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, and meaningful impact.
- • In this role, you will develop scalable, repeatable program frameworks that can be leveraged across future company-wide initiatives, establish operating models for planning and execution, and grow into a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, positioning yourself to lead broader, enterprise-level programs over time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of program management experience
- • Deep experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in product-led or technology-driven environments
- • Proven ability to influence and drive decisions at the senior leadership level, navigating competing priorities and strong opinions
- • Systems thinker with expertise in designing and running effective cross-functional programs, including experience across product, marketing, and engineering
- • Clear, direct communicator skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and driving momentum in fast-moving, zero-to-one or highly iterative environments

- • Competitive base salary range of $124,000 to $221,430 for U.S.-based roles, with potential to exceed based on experience and location
