- • As Principal, Program Manager-Talent Acquisition Enablement at Twilio, you will own the end-to-end design, build, launch, and evolution of enablement programs that drive global transformation across Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations functions, shaping long-term strategy to ensure teams have the clarity, capability, and connection to navigate complex challenges.
- • Day to day, you will drive strategic direction for a multi-year roadmap, orchestrate complex programs like advanced interviewer training and ER investigation frameworks, lead content architecture for best-in-class enablement resources, deliver training for new tools and process changes, lead change management initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative data, advise executives with data-driven narratives, and mentor other enablement team members.
- • You will sit within the People Team and report to the Director, People Partnerships Strategic Delivery, contributing to Twilio’s remote-first, globally inclusive culture that empowers employees to make a global impact while advancing their careers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations enablement, develop executive influence without formal authority, master change management at scale, and become a trusted advisor who connects enablement initiatives to business outcomes like Quality of Hire, Risk Mitigation, and Operational Speed.
