• • Lead, coordinate, and mentor a QA & Test team in daily operations, fostering high-performance standards and professional growth.
• • Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely, actionable feedback that improves product quality from inception.
• • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automation scripts using Python, Playwright, and JMeter to ensure reliable and scalable test coverage.
• • Establish and enhance QA processes across the engineering organization, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices.
• • Define, implement, and monitor quality metrics to measure test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.
• • Create detailed, well-structured test plans, test cases, and documentation that support both manual and automated testing workflows.
• • Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities to align with sprint cycles and product release schedules.
• • Conduct thorough regression testing following bug fixes to ensure system stability and prevent reintroduction of defects.
• • Perform performance testing to validate system behavior under load, stress, and scalability conditions.
• • Investigate root causes of software non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• • Stay current with emerging testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends to continuously improve testing practices.
• • Communicate and track quality risks, gaps, and issues across teams, ensuring visibility and timely resolution.
• • Apply both white box and black box testing techniques to validate functionality, logic, and system integrity.
• • Maintain strong technical proficiency in SQL and scripting to support test data setup, validation, and automation.
• • Champion a culture of quality across engineering by promoting testability, automation adoption, and proactive risk mitigation.
• • Collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• • Drive continuous improvement of QA workflows through data-driven insights and feedback loops from production and testing environments.
