- • Own the full recruiting lifecycle including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and placement delivery.

- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or search environment.
- • Proven success running a full desk: sourcing, developing clients, and closing placements.
- • Strong business development instincts and confidence engaging executive-level clients.
- • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- • Comfort working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
