- • As a Director of Real World Evidence at Precision AQ, LLC, you will lead research teams conducting client studies in pharmacy and biotech, serving as a thought leader and consultative expert to improve healthcare outcomes worldwide through Real World Evidence studies.
- • Day to day, you will oversee multiple projects with cross-functional staff, act as project manager and primary client contact, ensure quality delivery, develop recommendations based on expected impact, communicate risks and opportunities, make final decisions, ensure timely delivery and financial performance, review and sign off on deliverables, manage client relationships, provide advisory support on client calls and emails, participate in business development including sales calls and proposal drafting, and handle line management responsibilities such as staffing and development plans for direct reports.
- • Precision AQ, LLC is part of Precision Medicine Group, a dynamic team of industry-leading professionals in the HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) space, dedicated to advancing healthcare through data-driven insights and evidence-based solutions for pharmacy and biotech clients.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in health economics and outcomes research, lead complex Real World Evidence studies from conception to delivery, mentor and develop teams, influence client strategy, and contribute to business growth while working remotely with a national impact on healthcare outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of experience, with at least four years in a consulting environment
- • Master’s degree in a field related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health)
- • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a diverse team
- • Awareness and understanding of financial performance on projects
- • Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports while ensuring positive staff wellbeing and team dynamics
