📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end recruitment for UK and EU-based roles, managing the full hiring cycle from intake through to offer to ensure every hire raises the bar in talent quality.
- • Partner directly with hiring managers across the US to understand team needs and co-create targeted, data-driven hiring strategies that align with Partly’s growth goals.
- • Source and attract top-tier talent using creative, multi-channel approaches including niche networks, direct outreach, and digital platforms to build sustainable, long-term talent pipelines.
- • Design and execute structured, high-quality hiring processes that maintain speed without compromising on candidate experience, ensuring clear timelines and transparent communication throughout.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing consistent, responsive, and authentic communication across all stages of the hiring journey.
- • Analyze recruitment funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and continuously improve hiring outcomes through data-informed decisions.
- • Champion Partly’s employer brand in the US market by amplifying the company’s mission, culture, and values through authentic storytelling, community engagement, and external representation.
- • Represent Partly at local talent events, industry meetups, and professional networks to increase brand visibility and deepen connections with potential candidates.
- • Collaborate with the global Talent team to align systems, share best practices, and drive improvements across recruiting operations and infrastructure.
- • Contribute to the design and scaling of recruiting tools, workflows, and processes to support rapid team growth from 100 to 1200+ employees globally.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to fair hiring and inclusion best practices while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- • Leverage modern recruiting technologies including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- • Act as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner in the US, establishing Partly’s recruiting presence in Austin and building a scalable foundation for future regional hires.
- • Promote a culture of high performance by ensuring every hire not only meets functional requirements but also reinforces Partly’s core values and collaborative ethos.
- • Drive innovation in talent acquisition by testing new channels, refining candidate engagement tactics, and identifying untapped talent pools to maintain competitive advantage.
- • Support the scaling of Partly’s global workforce by adapting recruitment approaches to meet the unique demands of hiring across diverse time zones and geographies.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of Partly’s business model and technical landscape to effectively communicate the company’s vision and role expectations to candidates.
