- • As a Community Manager for Socure Intelligence Community, you will build and run a curated network of fraud, identity, and risk leaders who collaborate to share real-world attack patterns, emerging threats, and response strategies across industries.
- • Day to day, you will identify and recruit senior leaders, design and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events, synthesize community conversations into actionable insights, manage the community platform and communications, and share insights with internal teams to influence go-to-market and strategic decisions.
- • You will join Socure, a mission-driven company building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, where you’ll work with a team that values ownership, critical thinking, and solving complex customer problems with precision in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in executive community building, gain deep exposure to fraud and identity risk trends across industries, sharpen your strategic communication and influence skills, and drive measurable impact on brand, pipeline, and strategic accounts through trusted leader engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences
- • Proactive and resourceful with a bias toward action and a track record of making things happen
- • Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leaders
- • Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through
- • 5–8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles
- • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk is a plus
