📋 Description

• As a Value Engineer at Celonis, you will spearhead the mission of data-driven business transformation by serving as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Day to day, you will identify and frame value by translating customer priorities into high-impact use cases, build business cases with industry benchmarks, orchestrate value assessments, and communicate opportunities to C-level executives; you will guide customers in using Celonis for process enhancement, drive improvement actions, and present realized value to senior management; you will also scale value by managing the end-to-end customer value journey, developing strategic roadmaps, and providing feedback to product teams based on new use cases.
• You will work within a global, mission-led team at Celonis, the pioneer of Process Mining and leader in Process Intelligence, collaborating closely with Sales, Services, and Product teams to drive measurable business impact across industries and accelerate platform adoption.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in process intelligence, AI-driven business transformation, and executive stakeholder engagement, while advancing your skills in project management, data analysis, and consulting—positioning you as a strategic advisor at the forefront of enterprise SaaS innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboard/app development, and action flows; familiarity with Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams
• Experience in identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners to realize value
• Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple customer accounts at various stages of the value journey, including leveraging ecosystem partners
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, with excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services or System Transformation
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field
