Principal Site Grant Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Principal Site Grant Manager at Syneos Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned investigator grant budgets across global clinical trials, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will develop and maintain investigator budget templates, validate estimates against benchmarking data, collaborate with sponsors and internal teams (Legal, Finance, Clinical Ops), mentor junior staff, identify and mitigate budget risks, and represent the company at professional forums—all while ensuring adherence to SOPs, fair market value standards, and project timelines.
• • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a group of experienced professionals dedicated to applying deep therapeutic and operational expertise to solve complex challenges in clinical trial execution, working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values integrity, agility, and patient impact.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global budgeting and FMV, lead process improvement initiatives, influence cross-functional strategy, and grow as a trusted subject matter expert—positioning yourself for advancement into senior leadership or specialized advisory roles within the life sciences services industry.
