- • As a Principal Software Engineer at UiPath, you will architect and build world-class, large-scale commercial applications that drive external product impact and advance the company's mission to unleash the transformative power of automation.
- • Day to day, you will lead through influence, design robust public-facing APIs, develop distributed systems and data layers (OLTP/OLAP), and engineer AI-native solutions using Agent Harnesses, LLMs, and agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
- • You will join a fast-moving, innovative engineering team at UiPath, a category-leading enterprise software company dedicated to creating technology that changes how the world works through automation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in workflow engines, orchestration, and document processing while shaping the technical direction of products that deliver measurable business impact for customers globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience architecting and building large-scale commercial applications
- • Hands-on coding proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or React
- • Expertise in distributed systems, data layers (OLTP/OLAP), and high-scale systems
- • Experience with AI-native development, including Agent Harnesses, LLMs, and agentic workflows
- • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and scalable systems
- • Experience driving AI/ML-based engineering solutions and building production-quality software
