- • As a Principal Software Engineer at Lyric, you will shape the technical direction of our products and drive the overall engineering strategy for our flagship initiatives, playing a critical role in simplifying the business of care by preventing inaccurate payments and reducing waste in the healthcare ecosystem.
- • You will lead the end-to-end design and development of complex, scalable, high-performance software systems, including back-end and integration components, while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative full-stack solutions.
- • You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, driving architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and promoting professional growth through code reviews and guidance on system design and best practices.
- • You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, act as a technical evangelist representing the company at events and in technical communities, and champion the adoption of new tools and methodologies to continuously improve our platform and engineering practices.
