📋 Description

• As a Principal Software Engineer, Infrastructure at ServiceTitan, you will lead the technical vision and execution for critical systems that power a platform used by thousands of businesses to run more efficiently. Your work will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems, including data platforms and cloud infrastructure, enabling innovation in AI-driven scheduling and dispatch automation.
• Day to day, you will design and evolve core infrastructure, collaborate with product engineering on release planning, oversee data platform performance across Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka, define non-functional requirements for scalability and availability, mentor engineers, and maintain a 60/40 balance between hands-on development and strategic initiatives including talent pipeline development and cross-functional alignment.
