- • As a Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales at Socure, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention platform during onboarding and early adoption. Your role is critical to driving customer success, retention, and expansion by aligning technical solutions with business outcomes and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- • You will own the end-to-end post-sales customer journey, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing proof-of-concepts (POCs) for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, analyzing customer feedback to inform product strategy, and ensuring adoption of next-gen models and features. Your work will directly impact Net Dollar Retention (NDR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Time-To-Revenue, and Product/Version Adoption Rate by translating technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams to act as the voice of the customer, translating complex technical and statistical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and executive audiences. This includes handling inquiries around scoring decisions, fraud trends, and optimization opportunities while ensuring feedback loops are robust and aligned with Socure’s innovation roadmap.

This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in enterprise identity solutions, regulatory frameworks (FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, etc.), and advanced analytics while shaping how Socure’s platform evolves to meet real-world fraud challenges.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Socure’s platform, including ML/DS technologies, RESTful APIs, OCR/CV tools, and SDLCs, while honing your ability to communicate complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences. You will also strengthen your strategic account management skills, becoming a trusted advisor capable of influencing product direction, driving adoption, and contributing directly to revenue retention and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or other relevant field preferred or equivalent experience
- • 10+ years of professional work experience with 5+ years of experience working in professional services, customer management, or in a sales engineering capacity
- • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software
- • Demonstrated ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple internal and customer stakeholders in order to drive business results
- • Deep understanding of a variety SaaS sales methodologies or processes (MEDDICC, Challenger)
- • Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear results and concrete recommendations (both verbally and in writing), with absolutely flawless communication skills and the ability to flex between concise and detail-oriented as the situation demands
- • Prior experience conducting credit/fraud risk management analysis, threshold optimization, and swap sets
- • Prior experience working with document image capture or other OCR or CV tools
- • Prior domain expertise with FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, BSA, and other banking regulations
- • Strong technical depth (ex. ML/DS technologies, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, RDBMS, etc.)
- • Excited by the challenges of a fast-paced, mission-driven company set on disrupting the identity verification industry
- • Comfort with up to 30% travel—this is a remote role, with travel as required
