- ⢠As a Principal Solution Consultant at Acxiom LLC, you will drive the design, development, and commercialization of enterprise solutions that transform Acxiomâs core identity, data, and enrichment capabilities into scalable, market-ready offerings. This role bridges the gap between technical potential and market demand by translating client needs into repeatable, sellable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for both Acxiom and its Omnicom partners.
- ⢠You will lead client discovery sessions, interpret complex business challenges, and architect solution prototypes that are technically feasible, commercially viable, and aligned with go-to-market strategy. Your work ensures that what Acxiom builds is not only innovative but also directly addresses real-world client pain points in the Ad Tech, Martech, and identity spaces.
- ⢠You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Services, and Platform Integrations teams to validate solution designs, define clear ownership boundariesâespecially with Omnicom agenciesâand establish delivery playbooks and enablement assets that allow consistent, scalable execution across the organization.
- ⢠You will partner with Marketing and Sales to turn solution concepts into field-ready assets, including outcome-based positioning, competitive differentiation, and use-case narratives, while continuously monitoring partner ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, Google) to evolve integrations and accelerators as platforms change.
- ⢠You will track emerging technologies and industry trends with a focus on practical applicability to Acxiomâs identity-centric strategy, document and share best practices, case studies, and lessons learned, and use feedback from delivery, sales, and clients to iteratively improve solution repeatability, margin, and long-term scalability.
- ⢠You will embody a mindset of curiosity, ambiguity-to-structure thinking, and growth orientationâproactively asking âwhyâ and âwhat if,â shaping undefined problems into structured offerings, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, content development, and analysis while maintaining critical evaluation of AI outputs for accuracy and relevance.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 5 years of related experience within the Ad Tech, Martech, or Identity space
- ⢠Demonstrated experience designing, prototyping, and scaling data, identity, or martech solutionsânot just configuring or implementing them
- ⢠Ability to interpret client conversations and discovery sessions, identify core business needs, and translate them into solution architectures
- ⢠Track record of building repeatable solution frameworks that scale beyond individual client engagements
- ⢠Hands-on experience working with AI tools (e.g., large language models, copilots, automation platforms) as part of everyday work to accelerate solution design, research, content development, and analysis
- ⢠Familiarity with partner ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, GCP) and how identity and data solutions integrate into those platforms
