- • Serve as the executive deployment lead for UiPath's largest healthcare customers.
- • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, CMIOs, Revenue Cycle executives, and operational leadership.
- • Help customers define long-term automation strategies—not simply implement individual workflows.
- • Translate complex organizational challenges into scalable AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- • Own end-to-end deployment strategy for enterprise healthcare implementations.
- • Lead discovery across clinical, operational, financial, and technology stakeholders.
- • Design implementation roadmaps spanning multiple hospitals, service lines, or payer organizations.
- • Resolve ambiguous business problems by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and product capabilities.
- • Identify patterns across deployments and transform them into reusable implementation methodologies.
- • Build deployment playbooks, best practices, templates, and reference architectures.
- • Standardize successful customer implementations to accelerate future deployments.
- • Drive consistency across the Healthcare Vertical Solutions organization.
- • Act as the primary voice of the customer within Product and Engineering.
- • Influence product roadmap decisions using evidence gathered from enterprise deployments.
- • Validate new product concepts with customers before broad release.
- • Help prioritize investments based on market demand and deployment experience.
- • Develop perspectives on the future of AI-powered Revenue Cycle automation.
- • Represent UiPath at customer executive briefings, conferences, advisory boards, and industry events.
- • Mentor other Deployment Strategists through coaching and technical leadership.
- • Help establish UiPath as the market leader in Healthcare AI automation.
- • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare technology, consulting, or enterprise software.
- • Deep expertise across Revenue Cycle processes including:
- • Denials Management
- • Prior Authorization
- • Claims Submission
- • Revenue Integrity
- • Referral Management
- • Charge Capture
- • Appeals
- • Payer Operations
- • Extensive experience leading enterprise software implementations inside health systems or payer organizations.
- • Demonstrated success owning highly complex customer engagements from discovery through scaled deployment.
- • Executive presence with the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders on operational transformation.
- • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations.
- • Experience balancing customer outcomes with product strategy and long-term platform scalability.
- • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership skills.
- • Experience implementing AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- • Experience with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
- • Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering organizations.
- • Consulting experience leading healthcare transformation initiatives.
- • Experience developing repeatable deployment methodologies across multiple enterprise customers.
- • See patterns where others see one-off customer requests.
- • Build scalable solutions instead of custom fixes.
- • Influence executives through credibility rather than authority.
