- • As a Principal Solution Designer at Sabre Global Technologies and Services Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in powering the agentic revolution in travel by designing end-to-end, functionally and technically sound solutions that drive the industry’s transition from legacy PSS environments to dynamic, AI-driven retailing and Offer-Order ecosystems.
- • Day to day, you will engage internal and external customers in business, strategy, and ROI-based discussions; collaborate with product management, engineering, consulting, and commercial teams to develop compelling solutions; interact with key customer business and technology experts to understand needs and articulate how Sabre’s capabilities address them; lead process improvement initiatives focused on AI growth and innovation; and participate in reviewing and responding to complex sales opportunities and RFPs.
- • You will join Sabre Travel Solutions’ Solution Design Team, which works across the company’s portfolio of existing products in airline and distribution spaces to solve complex business problems. The team values cross-team collaboration, stakeholder inclusion, and creative thinking, bringing together deep functional knowledge of travel technology products and extensive airline industry expertise.
- • In this role, you will achieve a strong understanding of the full functional value of Sabre’s product suite and how it integrates with other systems; develop expertise in designing solutions for complex travel technology challenges; gain exposure to innovative ideas and concepts in the travel industry; and have the opportunity to materially improve how travel happens worldwide through AI-powered innovation and process improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience working in travel technology, ideally with Sabre products, with focus on PSS, Offer-Order, Agentic AI, NDC, E-commerce, Payments, Loyalty, APIs, or retail intelligence
- • Proven track record in conducting complex projects, developing product capabilities, and implementing process improvements using AI tools
- • Ability to design and document complex solutions across multiple touchpoints and present compelling, technology-grounded solutions to business needs
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with comfort presenting or demonstrating technology to large groups at all organizational levels
- • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributed
- • Ownership mindset with tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable results from individual and team objectives
