📋 Description
- • Guide enterprise customers through AI readiness initiatives and large-scale unstructured data transformations across hybrid and cloud environments
- • Own the full technical lifecycle of customer engagements, from architectural design and proof-of-value delivery to production deployment and expansion
- • Translate customer objectives around AI, compliance, and data governance into scalable, secure technical architectures tailored to enterprise needs
- • Design phased deployment strategies that integrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- • Execute and manage proof-of-value engagements with clearly defined success metrics, ensuring measurable ROI and technical validation
- • Lead technical workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions with cross-functional teams and C-level executives
- • Optimize system performance, validate data throughput, and ensure production readiness for unstructured data platforms
- • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and enterprise best practices for rollout, adoption, and ongoing governance
- • Provide structured customer feedback and usage insights to influence product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization
- • Collaborate remotely with US and UK-based clients using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- • Maintain strict adherence to security architecture principles, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks in regulated data environments
- • Work within complex enterprise ecosystems involving large-scale unstructured data, metadata analysis, and data classification systems
- • Deliver clear, compelling presentations of both technical capabilities and business value to non-technical stakeholders
- • Ensure all customer solutions align with governance controls, audit requirements, and industry-specific regulatory standards
- • Support customer success through ongoing technical guidance, performance tuning, and scalability planning
- • Maintain fluency in remote collaboration workflows and proactively manage time across US time zones (EST–PST)
- • Record and submit a video application as a mandatory first step in the hiring process
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in enterprise pre-sales or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS, AI, or infrastructure sectors
- • Deep knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, storage systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- • Strong grounding in security architecture, IAM, and governance frameworks
- • Experience working with large-scale unstructured data and compliance-sensitive environments
- • Ability to present technical and business value clearly to C-level stakeholders
- • Practical understanding of AI data pipelines, readiness assessments, and governance controls
